The Bagshot Row Pet Wellness Studio is a brand-new, fully equipped grooming facility on our working farm in Middleburg, FL. We designed it from scratch with one goal: give every animal the safest, most comfortable grooming experience possible — and give every owner the peace of mind that comes with watching it happen.

XXL Stainless Steel Bathing Tub
A brand-new stainless steel tub sized to accommodate the largest dog breeds comfortably, with plenty of room for even the most oversized breeds to bathe safely and stress-free.
The Bather's Box
Our therapeutic bathing station uses a specialized water nozzle that automatically mixes shampoo while delivering a deep exfoliating massage — loosening dead skin, stimulating circulation, and getting product all the way down to the skin.
Tankless Water Heater & Filtered Well Water
Endless warm water from a tankless heater means no cold rinses mid-groom. Our well water runs through an extensive multi-stage filtration and softening system — contaminant-free, chemical-free, and noticeably gentler on skin and coat.
XXL Hydraulic Grooming Tables
Our new extra-large grooming tables lower all the way to the floor so large breeds can step on without stress, then raise to 38" for easy access to every area of the dog. No lifting required for you or your pet.
Stainless Steel Livestock Scale
An accurate weight at every visit supports health tracking over time and ensures fair, weight-based pricing. No guessing — just a precise number every time.
Climate-Controlled Environment
A dedicated mini-split AC and heating unit keeps the studio cool in Florida summers and warm through cooler months — comfortable for animals and groomers alike, year-round.
Full-Spectrum Lighting
Studio lighting that mimics natural daylight gives our groomers superior color accuracy and fine-detail vision. Animals respond more calmly to full-spectrum light than harsh fluorescents, making the experience quieter for everyone.
Comfortable Kennel Suites
Each kennel space includes its own fresh water, a personal fan, and direct access to a large outdoor farm area for relief breaks during the visit. Plenty of room to rest between services.

Warm, earthy tones and natural textures throughout the studio are chosen specifically to reduce animal anxiety. A quiet, unhurried atmosphere where pets feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Cat-Specific Setup
Dedicated stainless steel cat tub and species-appropriate grooming tools mean cats are never sharing space or equipment with dogs. A calmer, more focused experience for feline clients.
Covered Porch Lounge
Pull up a chair under the pergola-covered porch and stay as long as you like. Comfortable seating, a propane fire pit, and duck food right at hand — the duck paddock is just steps away, so you can feed the flock while your pet gets pampered. Drop off or stay and enjoy the farm.
